ok,
I have to say that the letter "X" is a bit obscure. I mean come
on, it makes the"zzzzzz" sound in some cases as in "Xylaphone".
But it's an X. And it is
kind of rare. and not many of us like x-rays. so today is sponsored
by the letter X. you go X-Men and gen X'ers and eX-patriots...remember,
there is
no such thing as an eXpert. because an ex is a has been, and a spert is a
drip under pressure...Dave
The
most obscure letter to me is the letter X. It is rare in writings that you
read everyday. Fue
I'm going to have to go with J. This is only because you asked which one I would be most likely to forget,
and the more obvious rare ones, Q and Z, I would remember beacause they are obviously rare. J is not
frequently used and could definitely be forgotten, unless your name begins with J. Holly
i
am the downfall of america.....i don't know what obscure means.
i'm
guess it means 'odd'......so in that case.....i'm going with....the lower case
l....(as in lion).....for it is the only letter...if i'm not mistaken, that has
no turns, curves, trannies....or angles...thus......its too alone.....and
....yet massive in all its glory. so.....there you have my good friend, drink
your milk after you eat your cereal.---tyler
Y-it

if we didn't have to memorize them i probably wouldn't remember over half
of them
I say
that the most obscure letter is “L”. It
has very little meaning to me. It
is by no means uncommon, it is just that I would probably forget it if I had to
list the alphabet. By my count
there are at least fifteen ‘Ls’ in this paragraph…whatever.
L is weak. To the three who
said X…X???? X is one of the best
known letters in the alphabet…drawn with two straight lines…capital,
lowercase, it’s the same…very definite, very absolute…how could anyone
consider that obscure…with the eXception of ‘xylophone’—that’s just
weird…’J’ I can understand, ‘G’, sure…but X???
eXcellent comments though-eXpecially to Dave. “an ex is a has been and a spert is a drip under
pressure”. Very well
